二、产品途
1、铝绞线适用于受力不大，档距较小的一般配电线路。
2、钢芯铝绞线具有结构简单、架设与维护方便、传输容量大、又利于跨越江河和山谷等特殊地理条件的数设等特点，因此该产品广泛应用于各种电压级的架空输配电线路中。
3、防腐型钢芯铝绞线具有较好的防腐性能，适用于沿海咸水湖、含盐质砂土区及工业区等的高压、超高压及一般输配电线路。
本公司可根据用户对导线不同防腐等级的需要，在钢芯铝绞线的任意指定均匀涂敷防腐涂料，生产防腐型钢芯铝绞线。

 

三、产品标准
本产品可按GB 1179－83《铝绞线及钢铝芯绞线》及GB/T-1179-1999《圆线同心绞架空导线》标准组织生产。同时还可以根据用户需求按国际电工委员会推荐标准IEC、英国标准、德国标准及美国标准生产。

1. Aluminum-twisted is suitable for the common overhead power lines with the smaller distance and less force.
2.Aluminum-twisted with steel rush pith has such characters as simple structure, convenient to set up and maintain, lower cost, large transmitting volume, suitable for those special geographic conditions like astride the river or valley. Thus it is grandly used in sorts of overhead power lines of different voltages.
3.Antiriot aluminum-twisted with steel rush pith bears the better antiriot features, suitable for those high, extra high voltage and common power lines set up over those coastal saltwater lakes, salt sand areas and industrial districts.
4. On the production of the aluminum-twisted with steel rush pith, we can fairly well-distribute the antiriot materials into the gaps between any two appointed levels on the customer’s request on different antiriot grades.

 

Standards
According to the GB 1179-83 and GB/T 1179-1999.
At the same time, we can produce by the standard IEC、the standard of England, Germany and USA recommended by the international power committee on different requests.
